We loved the hotel's location in this city. It was conveniently located near transportation and parking was easy to find. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Had a terrible stay during Christmas, as the aircon was noisier than a building site on the first night. After moving to another room, hot water was unavailable for three days out of eight and staff did not care.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the new facilities, especially the long dining table where we mingled with other guests and made new friends. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed. the staff made sure we had a great experience and the breakfast was amazing.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy on the first night and kept us up, but the staff quickly moved us to a new room.
